It consists of four-storey and six-storey office buildings with technical space extensions and a single-storey catering building and architecturally designed park landscaping.
AFI Avenir was built in three phases and was completed in 2007. The property itself encompasses the first two phases of the project and consists of four separate but connected buildings, A, B, C and D, completed in 2004-2005. The third phase, Building E, is separately owned.
A single storey building D ‘Gastra’ is located to the front of the eastern side of Building A for catering to the users of the building.
